The second cria by our national champion light wool female looks like he’ll follow in his dam’s footprints (everything but the light wool piece). This stylish black and white boy is sure to make waves in his halter classes when he can get out there. Until then, take him home and watch him in your pastures.
He has a gorgeous silky coat on a correct frame. He is fine-featured but has great bone and capacity. As of his first birthday, he is 36″ at the withers, and will likely finish on the upper end of average (46″ or so). Hugh has shown great willingness to learn and leads easily. He would be a great first animal that a new llama owner or youth could easily take on to many great placings. He’d bring a lot to just about any herd and would be staying here if he wasn’t related to 5 of 6 breeding girls and our primary herdsire (his sire), Chrome.
